Interested in joining our group? Membership in The Utah IBM i Professionals Association (UIIPA) is open to any person with an occupational interest in the IBM System i. We are a technical organization formed for the purpose of exchanging technical information to assist our members in improving the use of computing and information systems, and advancing our knowledge of information systems.
Memberships are available for individuals and for corporations: Yearly dues are normally billed during the month of December for the following year, although new memberships are welcomed at any time throughout the year.
Who Should Join:
Any individual with interest in keeping current in their knowledge of the System i and their languages and environments.
Entitlements of Individual Membership:
- Attend monthly meetings
- Attend the annual Election Luncheon at no cost
- Attend the annual Christmas Luncheon at no cost
- Attend COMMON events without having to pay the COMMON membership fee
- Monthly newsletter
- Vote in the annual June election of the UIIPA Board of Directors

Corporate Membership
Who Should Join:
Corporations willing to improve the knowledge of their technical staff in System i programming, operations and/or management.
Entitlements of Membership:
- Each corporate member is entitled to have in attendance any number of current employees
- Attend the annual Election Luncheon with two meals at no cost
- Attend the annual Christmas Luncheon with two meals at no cost
- Attend COMMON events without having to pay the COMMON membership fee
- Monthly newsletter
- Two votes in the annual June election of the UIIPA Board of Directors

Vendor Membership
Who Should Join:
Vendors providing software, solutions, or technologies specific to customers with an IBM Power System running one or more System i environments.
Entitlements of Membership:
- Each vendor member is entitled to have in attendance any number of current employees
- Attend the annual Election Luncheon with two meals at no cost
- Attend the annual Christmas Luncheon with two meals at no cost
- Monthly newsletter
- Vendors may not vote or run or server on the UIIPA Board of Directors
- Vendors are invited and expected to share thought leadership as needed
- Vendor members will have one month to sponsor / market an event
